    Gotta disagree big time with point 2.
    To skip breakfast of maybe even lunch is daft
    Break the circle,
    Eat breakfast and you improve the chance of improving your diet and and end the habit of eating crap at night
    A common theme through nearly all advice is eat a decent breakfast

  2. Nightly eating is a common problem for most of us.
    I find it’s a change in the mind.
    Of course keeping busy helps.
    I find going to healthier options until you can limit it is a great start.
