Weight Watchers Online Is An Ideal Weight Loss Plan For Men And Women Alike. I Guess I Am One Of Their Success Stories.
I’ve been using Weight Watchers Online on and off for quite some time now and I’d say that it has been a key part of my weight loss success.
I started on the Weight Watchers plan in January 2010 when I was 275lbs and lost close to 25lbs in the first two months.
By March 2010 I was below 250lbs for the first time since 2008. Later in the month I quit the plan as my dad was diagnosed with cancer and I kinda disappeared up my own arse for a bit.
I jumped back onto the Weight Watchers from June 2010 onwards and got down to around 215lbs by Christmas 2010.
I then quit my weight loss attempts altogether during marathon training, which was a bit foolish as I was starting to make progress with it towards the end of the year.
Looking back at my experience with the programme, I’d recommend the plan to any man who is interested in losing weight in an easy, discreet and manageable way.
I told several of my friends about the system and they took the piss out of me a little by saying things like “Weight Watchers is for women”.
This was kinda ironic as several of these people were overweight themselves.
With hindsight I should have responded with “Weight Watchers is for women, eh? Well so are breasts! Look at the tits on you!”. Fortunately I’m not that much of an idiot.
But yes. Seriously, if you’re a shy pain in the hole like me and want to lose weight then give Weight Watchers a go. You will not regret it.
