Weighing Yourself on Bathroom Scales Everyday Is Bad Not Good. For Accuracy Weigh Yourself Once A Week.
I’ve been guilty of weighing myself almost daily on my Withings scales out of curiosity and habit.
This is of course madness and doesn’t give you a good picture of how your weight loss attempts are progressing.
For the best results, it’s better weighing yourself naked at the same time, once a week.
When I first started trying to lose weight I’d abstain from drinking water at night as I knew that would increase the reading on my Withings scales in the morning.
At the same time I’d end up having a night time snack as I mistook my thirst for hunger.
If I’d just drank water instead of worrying about the scale weight in the morning then I’d have made better progress!
Now I just drink as much water as I can and piss away my worries..
