    I’m doing WW in the US. It sounds like your plan is a bit different than mine though. Do you have the points plus, where you have “bonus” points to use during the week however you like? I find that helps keep me on plan. And I think you should be able to trade your activity points for food points.

    Anyway, best of luck! 🙂

    Yeah I usually have 49 points but I end up using them up in the first few days. I have zero willpower at the minute!

    Willpower… a very expensive and wily beast. I hear it’s about as rare as unicorns.

    A single lb isn’t terrible though! My weight goes up and down by a couple of pounds each day.
