Weekly Weigh In – Gained Weight On First Week Of The Weight Watchers Diet – Then Again I Didn’t Follow The Plan.
Surprise surprise, I put on 1lb this week. No shock there. I didn’t follow the plan for most of the week.
Where did it all go wrong? Well that’s easy, I didn’t allocate myself enough daily ProPoints.
If you’re too ambitious with these dieting plans, then you’re likely to fall down at some point and totally mess up.
If you mess up on one or two consecutive days on the plan, then it’s extremely difficult to pick up the pieces.
However, the thing with Weight Watchers is that if you follow the plan it works. It’s just finding the right balance.
This week I’ll be more generous with my points and allocate myself 55 ProPoints a day.
The tracker recommends that I have 47 a day, but since the activity points allocated for running have been reduced so drastically, this is not feasible for someone who is running 6 or 7 times a week.
Regardless of what happens, I’ll keep battling away with this until I finally succeed. You only fail by giving up.
Or by eating 150 Pot Noodles a day and/or sitting on your hole all of the time.
