    This year I did my first marathon in October and afterwards stopped running but carried on eating. Result = about half a stone extra, not good. Christmas doesn’t help, obviously, but a few gentle runs have started to turn my game around and already I feel a lot better. You’ve asked a lot of your body this year so it probably wants ALLLLL the junk food. When you start running again you will achieve some sort of equilibrium again. Hope you have a great Christmas!
