The Best Diet For Runners? Plenty Of Hot Dogs And Pizza! 2900 Calories Eaten Today, 750 Calories Burned
I managed to repeat yesterday’s error of having both a Snickers and a Hot Dog for breakfast.
I followed this glorious combination up with another Snickers and some Dairylea Ritz Crackers for mid morning break.
Arguably the best meal of the day was dinner. The hotdog pizza was exquisite. It cost only £1 from the local Asda and it was worth at least 3 times that.
Managed to get in my carbohydrates with the king of all snacks ‘Monster Munch Flaming Hot’. These bad boys could seriously rip your skull off. Intense taste sensation.
All in all, an excellent day’s eating. Managed to create a calorific deficit whilst enjoying myself.
Expecting much the same tomorrow. Although I’ll have to do a little better as it’s my weigh in day. Expecting a loss but nothing major. Edging closer to the brink of 210lbs. Should get there if I keep this up.
Have no Snickers left in the house though.
