Stopping The Decline
It’s time to get back to basics. I don’t think I’m gonna make my 5000km target by the end of year. I’ve lost my momentum with it this week and I’d much rather focus on the healthy eating side of shit again.
To get to 5,000km I was gonna have to run at least 70 miles every week until the end of the year. Fucking tricky. I need to keep calm and stop this decline immediately and concentrate on moving forward with every day and step.
I didn’t get the contract but I got some great feedback which is plus. I’m in Prague for another week after Monday. I managed to book a 4 star hotel for under £20 a night about a mile and a half from the center. It’s unreal. I was paying 2.5 times that to live in a Travelodge at Heathrow.
The hotel is only a minute jog away from this park.
