    I like to think that any progress is progress as far as running goes. It adds up. Positive outlook and persistence go a long way. They say it takes 7 to 10 years of running to reach your peak performance capabilities. That helps me focus on the long and keeps me excited about what I might be capable of if I keep at it. Been running consistently since June 2012 so lots of potential I hope!
