Running Makes Me Feel So Hungry All The Time. So Much So That I Can’t Stop Eating Junk Food At Nights.
I dunno whether it’s the fact I’m just greedy or bored but after running I tend to eat a shedload of food.
I’ve already had several Pot Noodles, a large packet of Rainbow Drops, a mini block of Chesire Cheese and a Feasters Chicken Sub to eat today.
I worry that I’m ingesting far too much salt. In fact it’s a fucking wonder that I’m still alive going by how bad my diet has been.
I’ve tried drinking more water but it makes me feel sick.
It’s really annoying as I seem to be cancelling out any progress with my speed by eating such a large amount of garbage.
At the same time though, I enjoy junk food.
The thought of eating salad, fruit and vegetables for the rest of my life leaves me feeling depressed.
Every time I’ve tried going on a diet I just end up miserable and quitting after 3 days.
Fuck that. I think the only answer is to try to control the amount of junk food I eat and to keep running.
I’m only a few pounds overweight but at the same having ran over 750 miles this year I should be rake thin if I did not eat like an absolute fucking pillock.
One day I might find the answer to all of this, but in the meantime I will not worry about it and enjoy my running.
