    Don’t be negative. You may not have lost weight, but you did really well as you never put any on. And even if you didn’t do as many miles as you hoped. Remember you still did more than someone who just sat on the sofa x

  3. I’m starting again this week as well. Too much Christmas chocolate.

    And there was that dinner that turned out to be two helpings of apple crumble and custard followed by pizza. Oh yes, didn’t even manage to eat dinner in the right order.

    Here’s to another fresh start. If we have enough fresh starts running together there won’t be space for the crappy days inbetween. Clutching at straws is one of my talents.

  4. So… not the healthiest dinner ever, but one setback does not undo a health plan.
    And I know exactly what you mean about the feeling of “If I feel too restricted by a diet then my normal reaction is to just give up and eat junk and not care.”

    Yep Beth I’m sticking in there and trying not to think about eating healthy and just doing it.

    Today I had a low fat steak wrap with a side of Strawberries for Lunch!!
