Ran 20 Miles Today On Zero Carbs

Ran 20.5 miles on zero carbs today. I had some of that Austrian Smoked Cheese for breakfast and that was it. By ‘some’ I mean 2 of the roll tubes of it. Fucking delicious.
I set out for my run at about 2:30pm and finished by 6:30pm. For fuel I used the Citrus Burst Hydro Tabs you can pick up for cheap in Sportsdirect. They cost about £4 for about 10 tubes. I mix 3 of them in with a litre of water and it seems to be enough to keep me going.
I haven’t been stopping recently just because I stopped too many times on Tuesday night when I couldn’t stop shitting. It’s good to actually show myself that I can cover reasonable distances.
Was a bit of an unremarkable run in all fairness. Some dog trouble but no severed ballsack.
Hate dog walkers who let their hound trail behind them for half a fucking mile. Makes it difficult to plan my next move and it’s hard to know whether the owner actually fucking cares enough about their dog to wait for it to catch up with them.
This happened today at Rye House. It was about to happen again at Ware but I got the owners attention by making this horrendous choking noise. I followed it up with many coughs. I’m good at faking coughs. I fucking hated grammar school so much that I faked a cough that got me 3 months off school in 2nd year.
I didn’t mention that in the book when I probably should have. Showcased my ability for endurance from an early age.
I’m a fired up motherfucker at the minute.
It’s good to have an emotion that isn’t sad resignation for once. Two sides of the same coin. The mania ends and then I have to apologise for inappropriate words.

Gotta make progress whilst the magic is still here. Can’t take it for granted. Slumps can last weeks, months or years. Too easy to get complacent.
Had Skittles and Vegetable Biryani tonight. Loved both of them. Eaten about 2,650 calories and burned close to 5,000. That’s my best day this week. Tomorrow’s run will be shorter. I’m going to try to finish this month strong with hopefully 10+ mile runs on every day. Will focus more on less carbs tomorrow. 220g today and I’d eat a shitty nappy through a letterbox tonight as a result.
Be fucking amazing to hit 500km. Bit unrealistic but who knows?
On 129.4k for the week. Best week since Portugal. Weight seems to be dropping permanently below 86kg now. Next stop 85kg.
Can’t lose sight of the fact that I’ve done really fucking well this year.
