No Motivation To Run, Exercise Or Follow The Weight Watchers Online ProPoints Plan Today.
When I awoke this morning, I had absolutely no motivation to run.
My knee was aching, my mind was racing and I just felt like a mess.
Up until dinner I was thinking of making up an excuse to get out of having to do any exercise for Juneathon.
Thank God that I snapped out of that mood and managed to run 5.6 miles.
I went out with the intention of doing just 1 mile. When I got to 1 mile, I just continued on whilst I still felt good.
I’m delighted that I made to 5.6 miles. It’s so much better than having a null day.
As for Weight Watchers, I haven’t been tracking my ProPoints today.
I think I’ll contact Weight Watchers Online and ask if they have any way of rigging the Activity ProPoints calculator so that I can get some decent points for running.
Failing that I might just choose to follow their maintainence program which would entitle me to an extra 6 ProPoints a day and would be a lot more manageable for me.
The important thing is to continue to try to eat a little better. I don’t have to be perfect to make progress to where I want to be.
Just realised that the closing date for the Lisburn Half Marathon 2012 is on Friday. I’m very tempted to enter but I’m completely broke at the minute.
