My Weight Watchers Plan Manager For June 11th 2012.
A successful day on plan even though I managed to eat a burger, a hot dog and a Pot Noodle. I only had one of each which is why today was a good day.
6 more days of this and we’ll be cooking with gas.
I just need to resist the urge to go mental at the weekend and eat all of the pizzas otherwise it’ll be another weekend off Weight Watchers. Not an option.
I’ll deal with the weekend when it comes.
Splurging on Friday, Saturday and Sunday has always been my downfall. Back when I was 270lbs I would eat and drink constantly and cap it all off with half a crispy duck on a Sunday night.
No wonder I was obese!
Don’t get me wrong, it’s ok to eat a little more at the weekend. You just have to do it in moderation, otherwise you risk undoing all of your hard work.
Regardless of how much I decide to eat, I’ll record it and hold myself accountable for it. When you can see evidence for your over eating on paper, then you’re less likely to cave in.
