My Weight Watchers Food Planner – The Day I Ate 2 Sausage Rolls And 3 Mini Magnums For A Combined Dinner/Supper.
I knew that today’s Weight Watchers plan wasn’t gonna go well when I woke up with a hellish hunger for a Pot Noodle Curry. They are only 11 ProPoints but they leave me feeling even hungrier in the end.
I had a nice sleep and missed out on lunch and then decided to have a pretty chaotic dinner. 3 Wall’s Mini Magnum’s, an excellent sausage roll from the local bakery and 3 Caxon Pink And White Wafers.
I’ve been eating even more this evening. 2 Feasters Hot Dog’s for Supper, another excellent sausage roll and a few bags of Monster Munch.
Sometimes I don’t know when to stop.
At least I’ve been entering all of this stuff into the tracker. 83 ProPoints in one day isn’t THAT bad. Nowhere as bad as the weekend when I exceeded 100 ProPoints twice in one day.
That was truly an appalling week.
I’ll do better with the Weight Watchers tomorrow. At least I’ve accepted that I’m crocked now and less likely to binge eat my way to glory.
