    Trying to run my first half marathon in November. I’m still about 300 pounds, so maybe it’ll be more of a waddle than a run. I’m shooting for under 3 hours.

    I’m going to get through a hot, humid summer in the American South without giving up running for the season! Even if I only make it out once or twice a week, I’m going to keep my ability up so that I don’t have to start over from the beginning again this autumn.

    My plans are centred around trying to improve my pace – doing a 10k in November and wanna get a really good time. Then it’s training for my first marathon so need to get faster/stronger or I won’t make it!

    plans are to PB at 5 mile, 10k, 5k and marathon this year, berlin marathon in september is the goal, get the weight down a bit and enjoy it!
