My First Weight Watchers Weigh In For Juneathon – My Weigh In Day Is Friday.
This is my first weigh in using my Withings scales with Weight Watchers in a long time and I’m not surprised I’m up to 211.8lbs.
For the last few months I’ve been living off a steady diet of Pot Noodles, Cheeseboards, Sangria and Ice Cream.
Nothing wrong with any of those in moderation but I’ve been seriously taking the piss.
So my goal for the end of Juneathon is to run as many miles as I can and to lose 5% of my body mass.
This is ambitious for me but as it stands I’ve been eating like a dickhead for too long and need to knock it on the head now.
My daily Pro Points Allowance is 47 which if I remember correctly is enough for more than 5 Pot Noodle Curry’s.
At the end of every day I will be posting a screenshot of my Weight Watchers ProPoints Tracker so that you the public can hold me accountable for my actions.
By the way, for those of you who do not know what Juneathon is, it’s a month of running organised over at juneathon.com .
Basically you have to try to do some exercise every day, blog about it within 24 hours and if you don’t then they send around a flock of vultures to peck off your carbohydrate infested flesh.
Sounds terrifying doesn’t it?
That’s because IT IS.
