Missed Another Run In Marathon Training This Morning.
I’m finding it more and more difficult to get up in the morning these days now that the Spring is coming. I did not have this problem at all during the winter months?
What the hell is going on?
I’m worried about this as I normally can’t be bothered running immediately after work either and the last thing I want to be doing is cramming in 2 or 3 runs towards the end of the week.
It’s difficult to keep momentum when you have none to begin with.
