    Matt,

    There are a lot of runners that ramp up 3+ weeks then have a shit week to recover where they are lazy as hell and eat like a teenager who’s parents are on vacation. This whole running thing is a marathon, not a sprint. Your blog has inspired me to run on days I didn’t feel like it. Keep up the hard work.
