    Mind. Blown. Thank you.

  2. You did what to my Granny!? I hope that she, you , or the bastard peeking through the window enjoyed it. Food is rough to deal with. You have to eat. Booze is easier, because you don’t need it to stay alive. My rule is to eat something fresh every day, and don’t eat anything that is made by some fucker wearing a paper hat.

Serious lightbulb moment! Tempted to print this phrase out and stick it on my fridge!

“I’ve come to realize I’m constantly fucking carb loading.” Yeah, me too… I’m a born carbitarian, but I keep fighting the fight (to not eat very carb in sight), and exercise every day and that’s the only reason I’m not obese. It may feel like it a lot of of the time, but you’re truly not alone in these struggles.

Hey, im much similar. Started running because i wanted to lose weight as i was 15 and a half stone. Now im 14 and a half. Like to be say 13.5 to 14 maybe i dunno.
Still im entering the para10 at catterick next year, look it up its fab. Ive never been a runner absolutely hated every minute till i got older (47) now i quite like it for some bizaro reason. If you want to lose weight quicker or shake your running up, add a weighted rucksack. Makes running that much harder so better cardio. Para10 is where you run 10 miles cross country round the pegasus company training track with 35lbs rucksack. Supposed to be done in two hours or if you want to be a hero go for the para selection time of 1hr50. Im going all out to get ghat, just to make a point to myself.
