    Im trying something different. Im still running in combat boots because most of my normal run is muddy and trainers, with wet feet are shit for a run….
    Im trying sprint training monday mornings instead of a run, wednesday trying to boost my running distances because im a run walker see and would like to be faster on my 10 miler on a friday. But the only way of getting faster is by running for longer. Ive never been a runner, more a plodder. Was 15.5 stone now 13.5 still not much better running. Its totally alien to me, i feel like an octopus trying to run on land fucking legs everywhere.
