How Much Weight Can You Lose Whilst Jogging And Using The Weight Watchers Plan Online?
I guess it depends how well you adhere to the Weight Watchers Online plan.
When I first started back in January 2010, I was easily losing 2-3lbs a week by running 5 miles, 4 times a week and following the plan to a T.
Now that Weight Watchers have seemed to reduce the number of Activity Points that you earn for jogging, I expect to lose even more than that.
For example I currently get 6 Activity Points for every hour I spend running. 6 Activity Points roughly equates to 250 calories and I burn at least 900 calories running since I am over 200lb.
That is a huge difference!
If you’re willing to put the time and effort into learning the Weight Watchers system and mingling on the website community forums, then you will succeed.
Running regularly will increase your chances further. If you’re jogging over 5 times a week then you might want to increase your Daily Points allowance to ensure that you’re consuming enough food to fuel your workouts.
