Feeling Refreshed Today – The Benefits Of Taking A Break From Running And Dieting
I couldn’t have ran yesterday even if I wanted too. My mind and body felt jaded as hell.
I think that’s how I’ve managed to stay relatively injury free so far whilst covering long distances. I’ve always listened to what my body has been trying to tell me.
Anyway, I’m starting Weight Watchers again today but I’ve decided to set my own Daily Points target.
By default I’m allocated 47 going by my weight and height. I’m gonna go for 55 instead and see how that works out for me.
I’ve been eating like shit again since Monday and I run the risk of weighing in heavier than I did last Friday, which wouldn’t be good at all.
I’m gonna give eating well my best shot today and tomorrow and hopefully I stay the same weight. That would at least be something.
Still thinking of entering the Lisburn Half Marathon too. Only 2 more days to decide before they close the race for entries…
