    Call me a cunt if you like, but I read this recently and it helped me stop trying to run a calorie deficit in my training. I mean he covers a lot of common sense shit – and has a nicely concentrated catch phrase type deal “eat everything, eat quality, eat carbohydrate, eat enough, and eat individually. ”

    You might be setting yourself up for injury and affecting your recovery by having such large deficits? Gotta feed the body.
