  1. What you say here sounds reasonable to me. There is not one “right” way to run. If you’re having fun and not hurting yourself or anyone else, more power to you.

    As long as its working then keep doing it, no one knows what you are capable of until you reach your maximum and the only way to do that is to keep pushing whether its pushing effort or just the distance either way its one hell of an achievement to keep pushing.
    It seems that you are really enjoying your running again and blogging regularly whilst running for further than ever before. All sounds good to me 🙂
