A Midweek Weight Watchers Plan Manager Restart – Ate Too Much Junk Food At The Weekend.
My weigh in day was previously Friday but since I spent Saturday and Sunday not tracking my ProPoints, I’ve decided to restart today and make my weigh in day Monday.
I’ll weigh myself again next Monday and focus on getting back on plan this week.
I’ve had a difficult time sticking to the ProPoints but it’s important that I now knuckle down and try to my stride with the diet.
When I lost several stone on Weight Watchers in 2010, I didn’t lose it all in one chunk. I’d have weeks where I gained weight and weeks were I lost.
Fortunately I had more good weeks than bad weeks and lost about 35lbs in 4 months.
The key to success is to continue to try to be better. You won’t be successful every week, but if you at least show up and put in a shift then you’re at least in contention.
You only ultimately fail with weight loss and Weight Watchers when you give up for good and go back to your old ways without thinking about it.
Keep trying and you’ll get to where you want to be eventually!
As for restarting the Weight Watchers plan midweek, it is better to admit temporary defeat and restart again straight away. If you stop tracking altogether then it’s all too easy to lapse for good and put on a lot of weight in the process.
