    Dont give in matt. Im the same at the minute pal, im on 1500 calories a day to get down to a weight ill be sorta happy with then i can boost calories a bit to maintain it, happy days.
    I just ran 9.60 miles this morning with fuck all energy because im cutting calories at the moment, and it was hell, i wanted to stop after the first km but i didnt. Yea, i had to have a sausage salad for dinner not a big greasy butty but i had a kitkat for a treat after. If you want to stick to a diet you need a treat every now and again. BUT food especially the bad always tasty, i mean compare a kitkat to a lettuce leaf. Its had work but worth it. I have multi vitamins, they really help your body when its under stress trust me.
    Also with your shitting, try senna tablets, my daughter had severe problems when she was a baby because she had to much calpol which has paracetomol in it. BUT they dont tell you long term it stuns your bowels which stops digestive transit ie shit moving, so she was bunged up to fuck and couldnt go, so thanks to my mam who suggested senna tablets, hey presto all fixed. Youd have to experiment with what times you take it because when that stuff moves your shit, its coming ready or not.
    Senna is a natural medicine containing sennosides that are derived from the leaves of the senna plant. Sennosides irritate the lining of the bowel causing a laxative effect. You can buy it in supermarkets called sennacot, little green tablets, we tried others but theyre the best.
    Get to a weight your happy with, you look shaggable in the mirror, and maintain it dont get carried away, im aiming for the top end of the bmi dodah not the bottom looking like a skelton wrapped in skin end.
