Another Failed Diet – 5 Days Into The New Year And My Weight Watchers Diet Has Went Wrong Again
Although I didn’t state it formally – part of my New Year’s resolution was to try to eat healthily by logging what I ate in the Weight Watchers Online tool.
It was going well until Tuesday when everything kinda derailed…
The problem with all of this shit is that dieting rarely ever works out and I end up eating piles of tasty shit instead of salad. When I’m dieting, food seems to become an obsession and that leads me to eat like a fucking idiot.
I don’t care what the experts say, I am of the belief that salad and most other health foods are carcinogenic. Whenever I think of rabbit food, I feel my body sieze up.
What’s the alternative? Fast Food, Pot Noodles and Pop Tarts. Only less of them. If I’m running 30-40 miles a week I’ll be able to get away with eating like a twat.
