210.8lb – Lost 1.5 Lb But Gained Body Fat Again After A Week Of Salad, Pizza and a Kebab.
Finally my Withings scales record a decent loss of 1.8lbs.
After a week where I ran 41 miles and ate reasonably healthy (plenty of Museli, salad and low fat pizza) I was confident of losing a reasonable amount of weight.
I’d have lost even more if it wasn’t for the kebab on the Saturday and the large pizza on Sunday. But that’s a tradeoff that I’m happy to make every week. In order to live a sustainable lifestyle you have to have a little fun too.
What has me a little worried is my body fat percentage. I’m guessing it’s the kebab and the Domino’s still in my system. Or at least I’m hoping so! It’s strange how my body fat percentage seems to fluctuate so much.
I’ve bought in my shopping and I chose much of the same as last, only opting for more pizzas and some Pot Noodle’s.
One bad habit that I’ve learned is watching Man Vs Food. That program makes me want to jump on an aeroplane to America and hunt out all of these quaint little eateries he finds and scoff myself blind on a combination of 34″ Belgian Chocolate pizza and peanut butter bar-stools for dessert.
So instead of watching Mr Richman I’ve proposed to play more guitar, learn how to play keyboards and start writing some music. I need something to occupy my mind at night otherwise I start craving junk food.
