    After sun creme is good. I got burned in ibiza like a well done chip and smotherred myself in after sun creme. Works a treat. Also if you get sore leg muscles, amino 1500 from holland and barratt gives your muscles the amino acid muscle building and repair building blocks it gets from red meat.
    And you definetly dont eat enough of that chocky wallah.
    I can personally recomend this as well matt. Sore legs constantly after running, started on the amino acids zero aches anymore and my endurance and everrything has improved greatly
